Studio C features a 250 sq ft, air-conditioned/heated space with 10’ ceilings. There are only 8 units that share the whole building and the building features 24/7 surveillance, private bathroom access, shared kitchen, access to our rooftop, high-speed WiFi,Smoking freindly and there is a parking lot down the street as well as street parking.
